The facility pictured on the right is Duracell’s
Raw Materials Distribution Center.
Our tenant uses this 100,000 square foot distribution center to house and
distribute
vital components, which make up their high quality products. Much like
Duracell’s
Finished Goods Distribution Center, this facility features automated docks,
HVAC,
and executive offices.
Finished Goods
The distribution center pictured on the left is Duracell’s new 100,000
square foot
Finished Goods Distribution Center. This facility is truly state-of-the-art,
featuring
high-tech computer systems designed for inventory management, a fully
automated
dock system, high-grade HVAC system, executive offices and sound concrete
flooring.
Test/Pack
Directly across Copper Top Lane from Duracell’s Finished Goods Distribution
Center and the Raw Materials Distribution Center is the Test Pack plant.
This facility brings new meaning to the phrase “high-tech”. Perhaps this
building reveals our strong commitment to quality construction the best. We
constructed the 107,750 square foot pre-tilt facility in 1981. We are
grateful for our growing relationship with Duracell.
