Joe Rodgers, Jr.
 Joe
founded the company in 1969, beginning as a real estate broker focusing on
commercial and industrial properties. In 1975, he expanded his business to
include constructing and leasing commercial real estate. By 1980, industrial
construction had become his full time occupation.
Joe has always felt that it was important to sow back into the community and
make it a better place for everyone to live; so he has always been heavily
involved in civic work. He is past president of the United Way, the Boys and
Girls Clubs and the Kiwanis Club. Joe also serves on the Board of Directors
of the Broad Street United Methodist Church. Joe has been married to his
wife Amy for 41 years.
