Mr. Rodgers, I would like to
thank you for the great job
that your company provided
Mueller Company with. Your
efforts, along with those of
the Cleveland/Bradley
County Chamber of
Commerce, allowed us to
reach our goal and move into
a larger facility in Cleveland.
Due to increased business
activity, we had to find a
bigger production facility.
We looked at several options.
When we noticed the "spec"
building being offered by the
Chamber, that option quickly
jumped to the top of our list.
Upon inquiring about this
building, we found out that
your company was the
developer that completed this
project for the Chamber.
After negotiations, Rodgers
Group added 15,000 square
feet and finished the original
30,000 square foot facility to
agreed upon plans and
specifications. This facility
was finished in a very
professional manner on time
and within budget.

Again, I wish to express
my sincere thanks and

company, and everyone
who was involved, for
providing Mueller Company
with a facility of which we
are most proud.
