Wes Rodgers
 Wes
joined the company in February 1995. Wes’ primary responsibilities include
serving as Construction Project Manager, researching and developing bids for
new projects, and overseeing the group’s numerous property management
operations.
Wes serves on the Economic Development Council for the Cleveland/Bradley
County Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Board of Directors for
Signal Centers, major regional providers of services to children stricken
with cerebral palsy; and is very active in Junior Achievement. Wes holds an
affiliate broker’s license with the State of Tennessee.
Wes is a candidate for the prestigious Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial
Investment Real Estate Institute.
